Bryan Odom is a Director of CapRidge Partners and member of the acquisition and investment management team leading sourcing, transaction and asset management duties across Texas and Arizona. Mr. Odom’s responsibilities include identifying and underwriting office and industrial opportunities for investment consideration by CapRidge Investment Committee. In addition, Mr. Odom assists in fund level reporting, investor relations due diligence and asset financing.
Prior to CapRidge, Mr. Odom spent 8 years with Amstar Group, a real estate private equity firm based in Denver, CO, serving as Vice President, where he was responsible for underwriting acquisitions, JV development partnerships and portfolio management of hotel, multi-family, office, retail and industrial assets, including domestic and international land assets totaling $740M in cap value.
Mr. Odom, a native Texan, attended the University of Texas in Austin under a 4-year academic scholarship where he earned a B.B.A. in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the McCombs School of Business. He is a current Commercial Local Council Member (LMC) for the Austin Urban Land Institute (ULI) and resides in Austin, TX with his wife and three children.
