Jim McLaughlin

Jim McLaughlin serves as project manager for CapRidge Partners. He has over 40 years industry experience serving owner/occupiers of commercial real estate specializing in corporate interiors. Mr. McLaughlin is responsible for selecting and overseeing design teams, construction contractors, conducting budget analysis, contract negotiation, and all facets of project delivery. He works closely with stake holders to evaluate and define real estate needs, advise them of options available, and counsels which may best suit their needs. He supports the facility and property managers to enable them to best maintain their assets. Prior to joining CapRidge Partners, Mr. McLaughlin was Senior Managing Director of Program Management for Newmark Knight Frank in Houston.  He also served as a Managing Director with CBRE Trammell Crow Company for 15 years, leading a department of project management professionals delivering interiors construction and ground up development of office buildings, industrial warehouses, retail centers, hospitals, and tenant interior improvements. Mr. McLaughlin holds an MBA in Business Management from the University of Dallas and a BM in Music from the University of North Texas.
