The Investment Committee sets the strategic direction of our funds and unanimous approval is required for all key investment decisions.

This team implements the investment strategy for all assets including sourcing, purchasing, financing, dispositions and all asset management duties.

This team raises capital to acquire assets and maintains relationships with our investors.

This operational team oversees the asset’s day-to-day operations and develops direct relationships with our tenants.
