In 2016, CapRidge Partners acquired these two office buildings in Raleigh, NC from two separate owners. Our challenge was to bring these two buildings together under one management as they were originally designed.
Palisades I & II
We renovated the buildings to include a new tenant lounge, fresh food vending concept, conference center, and a fitness center with showers, lockers and changing rooms. All the amenities could then be utilized by tenants in both buildings. Combining the assets also improved parking efficiency and eliminated leasing competition that existing when there were two separate owners.
Introducing one management team to service both buildings restored the cohesive feel of the property. Tenants gave high praise for the team, with one long-time tenant saying it is the best service they had ever received at the building.
