Solarium

Solarium is situated in the heart of the Southeast Suburban Denver submarket, located at the intersection of South Quebec Street and East Orchard Road, less than 1/2 mile west of Interstate 25 (I-25). The building is surrounded by Metro Denver’s most affluent neighborhoods and residential communities, numerous hotels, athletic clubs, shopping centers, restaurants, and recreational areas that are all in close proximity to the building.

CapRidge completed renovations to the restrooms, corridors, and lobby, and added amenities such as a locker room with showers, bike storage, grab-n-go food service vendor, and a building conference room. Several spec suites were also constructed to facilitate leasing and meet the demands of the local market. Back-of-house projects included an elevator modernization, chiller replacement, and parking deck sealing, all of which helped preserve the long-term functionality of the building.
