Ideally situated directly between Denver and Boulder, tenants at Westmoor can access over one-third of the entire Denver Metro workforce within 30 minutes. The property leads the competitive set with connected its infrastructure as the only business park in the Northwest to provide dual power fiber redundancy to each building. These factors appeal to the numerous aerospace, defense, and technology companies that operate in the submarket, creating a stable base of demand for the property. During our ownership, the assets were improved via the completion several back-of-house projects, including roof replacements, parking lot paving, and upgrades to other building systems, as well as the addition of “flex”-like loading and the construction of spec suites.
