River Ridge

Strategically positioned between Central Perimeter and North Fulton, two of the premier submarkets in Atlanta, Georgia. This project was acquired in October 2015.  Situated on the Chattahoochee River, River Ridge offers tenants easy access to the affluent cities of Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, and Roswell. In addition, the multiple access points to Georgia 400 provide tenants with quick routes to the rest of metro Atlanta. The building features an onsite exercise facility and a full-service deli.
