Jerry Walsh

Jerry Walsh is Director of Property Management with CapRidge Partners. Jerry joined CapRidge Partners in August 2015 and is partially responsible for the oversight of the firm’s portfolios.

Jerry brings 18 years of property management and building operations experience to the role and has worked for regional and national owners across various asset classes including office and industrial. She holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and is a long-standing BOMA member since, 2006.

Jerry earned a B.A in Mathematics with English from Norwich City College, U.K.
