Lauren Garza

Lauren is the Director of Property Accounting at CapRidge Partners where she oversees the property accounting group.

Prior to joining CapRidge, Lauren was an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP, where she was on several audits for both public and private companies in the real estate industry. Lauren also spent time working for a land developer, general contractor, and owner of multi-family housing in Austin.

Lauren attended Texas Tech University. She holds a Master’s of Science in Accounting and is a CPA in the state of Texas.
