Kevin Black

Kevin Black oversees all company operations and is a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Black was also a Principal with T. Stacy & Associates prior to CapRidge, having worked with Mr. Stacy since 2000.

Before CapRidge and T. Stacy, Mr. Black worked in acquisitions and closing with Archon Group. Archon is an international full-service real estate investment management and support services company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. that managed in excess of $50 billion in real estate and loan assets. During his tenure at Archon, he specialized in office, multi-family and data center properties. Prior to that Mr. Black was with Emerson Partners, a commercial real estate investment company in Dallas, TX, which specialized in office, land, flex and industrial properties. To date Mr. Black has completed the acquisition, disposition and financing of over $4 billion in investments.

Mr. Black has a degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee. He is a licensed Texas and Arizona Real Estate Broker and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
