Grace Langsfeld
About
Grace Langsfeld is a Sr. Analyst at CapRidge Partners and supports the acquisitions and asset management team. She is involved in deal sourcing, deal execution, financial modeling, due diligence, asset management, and disposition of the portfolio.
Before joining CapRidge Partners, Grace completed an internship at Prologis on their Capital Deployment team where her primary responsibilities were underwriting, deal sourcing, and research. Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Grace worked for several years in digital advertising, launching campaigns for clients ranging from political candidates to Fortune 500 companies.
Grace attended the University of Virginia and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs and Spanish. She most recently received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. While at the University of Texas, Grace was a Portfolio Manager on the Real Estate Investment Fund and an officer in the Graduate Real Estate Society.
