Jake Burnett

Jake Burnett is an Analyst at CapRidge Partners and supports the acquisition and asset management team. He is involved in deal sourcing, deal execution, financial modeling, due diligence, asset management, and disposition of the portfolio.

Prior to his career in Commercial Real Estate, Jake held multiple internship positions within the financial management and real estate sectors. Before joining CapRidge Partners, Jake completed an internship at Americold on their Finance and Industrial Real Estate team where his primary responsibilities were financial analysis and market research.

Jake graduated from Florida State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate and was also a member of the FSU Real Estate Society. After living in Florida for 21 years, Jake moved to Austin and in his free time you can find him out on the golf course or hanging out with family and friends by the water.
